I was born and raised in Butte, Montana. After graduating from Mortuary Science School, I worked for years in funeral service in Great Falls. After taking a break in my career Irene and Mark asked me to move to Bozeman to work with them.

My partner Aaron and I enjoy everything about living in Montana from cross country skiing to riding snowmobiles and ATV’s.

Working with the team at Dahl’s has allowed me to return to my passion for taking care of the families who call for us to help them through an especially difficult time. I enjoy the challenge of creating services tailored to the needs of each family no matter how simple or involved. I also have a passion to share the knowledge that my experience has brought with the rest of our team.

I grew up on a farm in Iowa, and moved to Montana a little over 31 years ago to escape the humidity and gain better scenery. I received a B.A. from Iowa State University, and a M.Ed. from Montana State University. I've worked in the communication office of the Extension Service at both universities. My husband, Ray, is a retired Bozeman Firefighter, and now works at MSU. We enjoy the outdoors, biking and traveling.

I've been with Dahl's for almost six years, and find it rewarding to come alongside people during a very difficult time, and do what I can to help them as they honor and remember their loved ones.
